Desistimiento y cancelación

Widerrufs- und Stornierungsbedingungen

How cancellation and withdrawal work for ŌPUNTIA gatherings.

Right of withdrawal

Consumers generally hold a fourteen-day right of withdrawal under § 355 BGB. Contracts for leisure services tied to a specific date or period may be exempt under § 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 9 BGB.

Whether that exemption applies to ŌPUNTIA gatherings must be confirmed with a qualified lawyer. If a right of withdrawal exists, a compliant withdrawal instruction and model withdrawal form must be published here.

Cancellation by the guest

A cancellation schedule, with deadlines and any charges retained at each stage, must be defined before bookings open. No figures are stated here because none have been agreed.

Cancellation by ŌPUNTIA

Gatherings run with small groups. The minimum participant number, the notice period for cancellation on that basis, and the refund owed to guests must be set out before bookings open.

Transfers and substitutions

Whether a place may be transferred to another person, or moved to a later gathering, must be decided and documented.

Insurance

Any recommendation or requirement regarding travel and cancellation insurance must be reviewed before publication.
