What we collect

ŌPUNTIA operates enquiry forms. When you submit one, we process the name and email address you provide, together with the preferences and message content you choose to share.

Submissions are delivered to ŌPUNTIA by email. The technical detail of transport, retention period and any processors involved must be documented here before publication.

Legal basis

Enquiry handling is carried out on the basis of Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries), or on consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR where consent is requested. The applicable basis per form must be confirmed during legal review.

Retention

A concrete retention period for enquiry data has not yet been set and must be defined before publication.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing rests on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent authority follows from the registered business address and must be named here once that address is set.

Hosting, fonts and third parties

The site loads typefaces via Google Fonts and is served by a hosting provider. Both may involve the processing of connection data, including IP addresses. The providers, their locations and any transfer safeguards must be documented here before publication.

Cookies and analytics

The public site sets no analytics or marketing cookies at the time of writing. If any are introduced, this section and a consent mechanism must be added before they are activated.
