These terms govern the relationship between ŌPUNTIA and guests booking a place at a gathering. Their exact scope depends on how bookings are concluded, which is not yet determined.

A retreat that combines accommodation with other travel services may constitute a package under the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302) and §§ 651a ff. BGB. If it does, ŌPUNTIA carries specific obligations, including mandatory insolvency protection and a statutory information sheet.

Whether ŌPUNTIA acts as a package organiser is the single most important legal question for this business model and must be settled with a qualified lawyer before any booking is accepted.

No booking or payment process exists at the time of writing. Formation of contract, deposits, payment schedule, pricing and any applicable taxes must be documented here before bookings open.

Conditions under which a gathering may be changed or cancelled, and the consequences for guests, must be defined before publication. See also the Cancellation Policy.

German law applies. Any qualification regarding consumer protection provisions must be confirmed during legal review.
